Leadflow Collective is a web design and local SEO company based in Fraser, Colorado. We build custom websites, lead generation systems and local search visibility for businesses throughout Colorado — mountain towns, Front Range cities, ski resorts, farm towns and everything between. There is one office and it is in Fraser. Everywhere else on this page is a place we build for, not a place we claim to have a branch in.
one company, in one town, working across the state
Leadflow is Grace and Gage. We live in Fraser, at the top of the Fraser Valley, and every website we ship is built by one of us. There is no production team, no offshore contractor, and no network of satellite offices.
That is worth stating clearly because the local web design category is full of companies that manufacture the appearance of being local. Rented addresses, a hundred city pages with the town name swapped, a call center that routes you to whoever is available. If you hire us, you are hiring the two people who answer the email.
Working across the state from one place is normal for this kind of work. The parts that genuinely benefit from proximity — photography, walking a job site, meeting face to face — are easy in Grand County and the I-70 corridor, and we do travel. The rest of it is the same quality of work whether you are in Fraser or Fort Collins.
colorado is not one market, it is about six
The advice that works for a Denver law firm is close to useless for a Kremmling excavation company, and both are useless for an Aspen property manager. Search competition, customer behavior, seasonality and even connection speed change dramatically over a two-hour drive.
Resort towns have brutal competition for broad terms, huge visitor traffic with no local relationships, and businesses that sell two different things depending on the month. Winning here means being specific and owning booking intent. Front Range metros have enormous search volume and enormous competition, including national franchises with real SEO budgets. Winning here means neighborhood-level specificity and a site that converts better than the competition's, because you will not out-spend them. Mountain and rural towns have very little search volume for the town name itself, so the strategy has to target the surrounding region and the specific services. The good news is that competitors' sites are usually weak, so the bar is lower. Farm and energy towns on the plains have steady, unglamorous demand and customers who value reliability over polish — but who still judge a business by whether its site looks abandoned. We write each of the pages below with its own market in mind, because sending you generic advice would waste your money.
what we actually do
Four things, done together, because they only work together.
Websites. Custom designed and hand-built. Fast, accessible, and structured so search engines and AI systems can understand them. No page builders, no bloated themes, no template with your logo dropped in. Lead generation. The site's job is calls, quotes and bookings. That means deliberate conversion paths, short forms, tappable phone numbers, honest price signals and proof of work. Local SEO. Google Business Profile, service pages with real substance, technical fundamentals, internal linking, structured data, and review strategy. No ranking guarantees, ever. AI automations. Missed-call textback, instant quote replies, review responses — the things that keep a lead warm while you are on a job.how far we go, and what we will not fake
The pages below cover towns within roughly a hundred miles of Fraser, plus the places we already work. We will happily build for a business anywhere in Colorado; this list is a starting point, not a fence.
What you will not find on any of these pages: an invented local office, a fabricated case study, a testimonial we did not earn, a statistic we cannot support, or a claim that we have already built for businesses in a town where we have not. Every project shown on this site is a real project.
Some of the smallest communities on the list have almost no search volume of their own. We say so on those pages rather than pretending otherwise, and we explain what the actual strategy would be instead. That is more useful than flattery, and it is the kind of advice we would want.

questions about working with a colorado web design company
Where is Leadflow Collective based?
Fraser, Colorado, in Grand County. That is our only location. We work with businesses throughout Colorado and in other states, but we do not have offices anywhere else and we will not claim to.
Do you only work with mountain-town businesses?
No. We work with businesses across Colorado — Front Range cities, suburbs, farm towns and resort communities — plus clients in Nevada and California. Mountain towns are where we live, not the limit of the work.
Do I need to meet you in person?
Not at all. Most of the work happens over calls, email and shared documents, and plenty of clients never meet us face to face. If you are in Grand County or along the I-70 corridor and want to sit down, that is easy to arrange.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote after a conversation rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people. A small service business site and a booking-driven resort business site are very different projects. The strategy call is free and ends with a real figure.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else. Nobody outside Google controls its rankings, and any company promising a position is either guessing or misleading you.
What can be done is removing the reasons a site underperforms: speed, structure, missing service pages, weak local signals, a Google Business Profile that contradicts the site. For most local businesses that is where the entire problem sits.
What is AEO, and do I need it?
AEO is optimizing so answer engines — ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot — can understand and describe your business. In practice it means stating facts plainly, structuring services clearly, publishing genuine question-and-answer content, shipping crawlable HTML and adding structured data that matches the page. It is not a separate product we bolt on; it is how we build.
Do you work with businesses that already have a website?
Frequently. Redesigns are a large share of our work. If your current site has pages that already rank, we preserve that value and map redirects rather than starting from scratch and losing years of history.
Who actually builds the site?
One of the two founders, Grace or Gage. There is no junior team and no outsourcing. That is a real constraint on how many projects we take at once, and it is deliberate.
How do I get started?
Book a free strategy call. We will look at your current site and search presence, tell you what is actually holding it back, and give you a straight answer about whether hiring us makes sense for your business.
