Why “starting at” instead of one fixed price?
Because the honest answer depends on scope. A three-page site for one service and a fifteen-page site with booking and a CMS are different amounts of work, and pretending otherwise would mean padding the small builds to cover the big ones. The starting number is real — it is what that size of build begins at — and we give you a fixed figure once we know what you actually need.
What actually moves the price?
Four things, in roughly this order: how many pages there are, how much custom functionality you need, how much of the lead system you want wired up, and whether the content and photography already exist. Design time is rarely the variable. Scope is.
What pushes a project from Growth to Pro?
Usually one of three things: content that has to update itself (a CMS), customers who need to book or pay on the site, or an integration with software you already run. If none of those apply, Growth is almost always the right build.
Can I add Local Visibility Setup to any package?
Yes. It is $650 and it works alongside any build, or entirely on its own if your current site is fine and the problem is that nobody can find it.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before I get in touch?
No. There is a "not sure yet" option on the project form for exactly this reason. Tell us what the business does and what you want more of, and we will tell you which build fits — including if that is the smallest one.
Who actually builds it?
Grace and Gage. Leadflow is two people in Fraser, Colorado, and one of us builds every site we ship. You are not handed to a project manager or a contractor you never meet.
